Always have openings, tanning is great, always do a good job on my hair & brows, would recommend!

This is a great place to go get your hair cut done!! I would recommend it to any one! Every one is polite and nice. My son found Hair Biz first and told me about it. He was very pleased at the services he received. My grand daughter loved to find the scissors and cut her hair, Diane did a great job of fixing it each time! She cut my hair also and did a great job!! I am so very pleased at what she did and the extra she also did, not a lot of people these day do this!! I did try another place once here in Carroll, Ia and I was OVER CHARGED along with the people were rude. I will never stray from Hair Biz again!! Its a great place so go check it out your self!!! I highly recommend it!!!
OMG! This is the WORST place to get your hair done if you expect anything even somewhat professional.
I had taken my chidlren there and katie had cut their hair twice. I thought this place is nice.
I have always had a pleasant experience there tanning...they always say hello and goodbye when I'm done. Her prices are great for tanning and she keeps her bulbs fresh.
Then I went in to have my own hair done. Diane, the owner did it. First, my eyebrows...lets see whats left of them after the wax is...um...just the few pieces of hair she missed durig the wax.
Second the hair...the cut was fine horrid. i asked to keep the length. i wanted to be able to put it in a ponytail...she said she would do long layers. instead i got a bowl cut on top with long hair under it...my hair is so short i ant even get it to fit in a barret atop my head. its shorter on one ide then the other and it looks like a big poofy helmet....the problem? I asked for "chunks" of color, i had 4. she said she did that. when it was time to dry, she hadnt, there was no halo around my face, and when i tod her was disappointed she argued with me. I mentioned there must be some miscommunication because this is not what i requested, she said you dont want that. I do know what I want thank you. she then proceeded to tel me they dont do that there. i said that would have been niced to know before hand.
When I called back to seek remedy, she hung up on me. When I called back, she was too busy to talk with me.
