They have good looking vehicles and a selection but they treated my wife terrible until I stepped in and let them know they won't be taking advantage of her because she is a woman.
Pretty much done with the shenanigans of Des Moines auto dealers. The wife and I thought we'd try a Toyota Venza this time, and we found one at Motor Inn of Carroll. I spoke with Lauren on the phone and he was SO VERY accommodating. Even though the car we went up and test drove was VERY nice, we're not so sure we want a Venza now - but when we do figure out what to get, we'll probably wait (as long as we can)(no big hurry for us really) until they get one on the lot at Motor Inn :)
I had been looking for a quality used Tahoe and found one on the internet at Motor Inn in Carroll, Iowa. I called and spoke with Mark, the dealership manager about the vehicle. He was very accommodating, so I decided to drive 200 miles to see the vehicle. Upon arrival Mark put me in touch with Lorren, one of the salesmen at Motor Inn. He already had the vehicle prepared for me to test drive and left my dad and I to ourselves to inspect and test drive the vehicle. The quality of the vehicle was superior, they gave me a good price for my trade, and we were able to negotiate a good price without any confrontation. All of the staff were very polite and helpful, including Dustin, the credit manager. I highly recommend this dealership.
Saw a vehicle for sale by Lou Walsh and drove 90 miles (one way) to take a look at it. They considered our trade, offered us below what other dealers had offered for our vehicle, and refused to budge on the LIST pricing of the vehicle for-sale, which was already priced at a premium to other vehicles on the market. Furthermore, they never even followed up with a phone call. They knew we made a special trip and paid even less attention to us then if we had walked in off the street. We will not return....
