Very friendly and extremely helpful.
Pleasant staff and prices are very reasonable.
I have only had one minor problem with them cutting some glass I needed. I gave them the measurements and they cut it a quarter inch less than I needed it. I didn't return to have them correct the mistake because after double checking the measurements at home I noticed even if they cut it to my dimensions it would have been wrong.
The staff are always friendly, and knowledgeable. I'm always asked if I need help finding something when I walk in the door.
Wish I could browse without being asked if I needed help, but they always have what I need.
