I am not a negative person at all but our experience was horrible here. It was next to impossible to communicate with our waitress about asking if they had a booster seat instead of a high chair, we asked for no green peppers in our fajitas and they came with them, and they completely forgot my daughters chicken nuggets. Leaving her very hungry and crabby while we waited for them to make them after we had gotten our food. And once they did finally bring her food, the waitress ripped the tortilla out of daughters hand that she was eating and placed her chicken nuggets In front of her. I did not expect to eat for free but I believe some compensation would have been appropriate for all the mistakes. Our experience was not pleasant.
Wonderful authentic Mexican food. I had the tamales and was extremely happy with them. The menu is enormous and I highly recommended trying something new when you come.
Authentic food, genuine service, a hidden gem! We love Jalisco's! The management and staff are incredibly kind and genuinely love what they do and the amazing food they provide! On one occasion (due to a conversation about a certain dish), the owner himself made an off menu burrito so large, they had no to-go containers large enough for it! He ran next door and bought containers specifically for it!! You won't find service or food like this anywhere else!
Authentic Mexican food. Every meal freshly cooked. Staff is very friendly. Highly recommend!
Good food, excellent service. Great family dining atmosphere, yet reasonably quiet. Recommended for family dinner or quiet couples dining also.
