We are very thankful we found the Carroll Small Animal Clinic when we moved to this area five years ago. Dr. Whited, Katie and the rest of the staff are always courteous and professional. Whether we bring Lincoln for grooming, check-ups or boarding, they do a great job. We trust him to their care and have always felt they do things right. Excellent place to take your pet!
Dr. Whited has provided the health care for my cats over the last 6+ years. She gives cutting edge care. She has a special something that makes animals trust her - I saw that with the first cat I had her see for a second opinion. He was terrified being there but she was able to listed to his heart, check his eyes, ears and even his teeth in the first 15 minutes he was there! She worked has his rate of trust. She was been my vet since and I highly recommend her!
We have been absolutely delighted with Caroll Small Animal Clinic! They really seem to care about us and our puppy, and it is easy to get an appointment. We especially appreciate that Dr. Whited keeps an emergency number listed after hours. It gives us peace of mind to know that if Ramsey has a life threatening problem after hours there is someone there to help. We also love the Stay and Play program and the grooming. Its great to have one place to go for all our puppy's needs.
Dr. Whited and staff at Carroll Small Animal Clinic have been wonderful with our dog, Beatrice, who can be difficult to deal with. They have shown so much love and compassion towards Beatrice. We now have another Lanradoodle, Henry, who gets the exact same treatment as Beatrice. Henry, is very friendly and adored by the staff. The staff at Carroll Small Animal Clinic are very knowledgeable and a great place to take your furry friends:)
I was going to let this go, but the more I think about it people should know - Assistant and girl at front desk were super nice, Dr. Whited on the other hand use to be nice when me and my family spent too much money there. After years of not having a pet I went in there. She tries to guilt trip you right away. She wanted $426 to fix my male dog, outrageous. My phone went off twice she rudely told me I needed to shut it off, I have a child with type 1 diabetes, that's not an option. I'm paying you, you're not paying me. No worries I won't be paying you again, what a waste of $52 consultation just to try and talk me into $426 more, NEVER AGAIN.
